Who does not like surprises, especially when it is on one's birthday! The moment when you enter a dark room of your house and are welcomed by a bunch of excited friends and family members who are all present there for your birthday, would surely be a moment filled with happiness and excitement. However, many times it happens that the birthday boy or girl comes to know about your plans from someone or just by intuition. This can spoil the whole purpose of a surprise birthday party. But, with careful planning, you can arrange for an unusual birthday party that would surely surprise the person you are hosting the party for. Throwing a surprise birthday party for a loved one would be the best gift one can give, and doing it a little differently would make it all the more exciting.
Plan a false birthday party with the birthday boy or girl. Involve all your friends in your plan and ask them discuss about the party with him or her. On the other hand, arrange for the actual birthday party two or three days before the false party at a restaurant. On that day, call your friend and invite him for a casual dinner. As you have already arranged for a weekend party, he would not suspect about this party. Ask all the other invitees to reach the venue before you arrive with the birthday boy or girl. When you reach there, lead him to the table where all the other friends and family members are assembled. This would surely be a big surprise for him.
